This package combines an intimate mountain gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park with sightings of the famous tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park and a scenic boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, teeming with hippos, elephants, and birds. Full Itinerary

Day 1:
Meet and greet with Guide at Hotel – Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Meet with the driver guide at your Hotel in Kampala or Entebbe and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, located in southwestern Uganda on the edge of the western rift valley, shared by Kabale, Rukungiri, and Kisoro Districts. It lies on an altitude range of 2607m (Rwamunyonyi peak)-1160m (Ishasha gorge). It’s home to the world’s remaining mountain Gorillas.
Stopover at the Equator for an exciting water experiment in Kayabwe along the Kampala – Masaka road to experience the different water flows of the Northern and Southern hemispheres. Have lunch at a selected restaurant en route and proceed to Bwindi, arriving in the evening. Enjoy the scenic views of the landscape and the banana and tea plantations.

Drive to the Lodge and check in, relax at the lodge as you wait for your dinner.

Day 2:
Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National park

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge.

Transfer to park offices with packed lunch and water for briefing about Gorilla trekking and guide allocation to the groups.
Enjoy a Gorilla trekking experience in the forest with your ranger guide.
Enjoy a packed lunch in the jungle after gorilla trekking and hiking down.
Drive back to the Lodge and relax as you wait for your dinner.

Day 3:
Game Drive in Ishasha – Afternoon Boat Cruise

Breakfast at the Hotel and Check out.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Queen Elizabeth National Park is understandably Uganda’s most popular tourist destination. The park’s diverse ecosystems, which include sprawling savanna, shady, humid forests, sparkling lakes and fertile wetlands, makes it the ideal habitat for classic big game, ten primate species including chimpanzees and over 606 species of birds. The park is set against the backdrop of the jagged Rwenzori Mountains, the park’s magnificent vistas include dozens of enormous craters carved dramatically into rolling green hills.

Arrival & check in at UWA Ishasha Katookye Gate Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy Game Drive in Ishasha Sector in search of tree climbing Lions, Elephants.Transfer to Mweya Peninsular the Northern Part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy pre-ordered Lunch at selected restaurant in Mweya Peninsular . Afternoon go for the Exciting Boat Cruise Safari on Kazinga Channel to see animals like Hippos, elephants and buffaloes lined at its banks and birds at a close range.The Evening transfer to Go for an evening game drive in Kasenyi sector in search of Lions and other game. Drive to the Lodge and relax.

Day 4:
Transfer to Kampala Via Kasese – Fort Portal

Breakfast at the Bandas, and check out.
Transfer to Kampala via Kasese – Fort Portal Road. Stopover at the Equator on the foothills of Rwenzori Mountains. Depart for Kampala Via Fort Portal Mubende & Mityana. Stopover for Lunch at a selected restaurant en route. Proceed to Kampala Via Mubende and Mityana driving through Farmlands and by the farmer’s roadside markets.
Drop off at the Airport or Hotel.
